House rules

Parking: Vehicles may not be parked on the street! You must park in the driveway or the common gravel parking areas along the streets. Your unit has parking for two vehicles. Bikes: When Not in use for an extended period of time, they must be stored in garages or bike racks. Bicycles must not be secured to trees or parked in landscaped areas. Towel and clothing: towels and clothes may NOT be draped over balconies or porch railings. Pool: No glass allowed in the pool areas, including grill area and tables. Fitness room: No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the fitness room. Garage: Garage doors must be closed at all times except when entering or otherwise actively using the garage. All trash must be bagged and stored in closed containers. Trash service is provided with pick-up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Trash cans must be stored inside the garage. They can be placed at the street for pick up Monday and Thursday afternoons, but cannot be left in front of garages or at the street after pickup. Golf carts: Carts may only be operated by a person with a valid driver’s license and must observe all traffic laws and signs. We equip all carts with AirTags so we can locate them if they are lost or stolen. We do NOT track guests during your stay. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed in the garage and exterior front door. These cameras are NOT active during your stay - they are only active while the unit is vacant.

Situated in Watersound, between Seagrove and Seacrest is the affluently appealing, upscale coastal development of Prominence. Prominence really does seem to have something for everyone especially if you’re a beach lover and want to be steps away from the emerald waters and white sands of 30A’s piece of paradise on Northwest Florida Gulf Coast. Prominence is close to a number of dining, entertainment, and beach venues in a convenient and tranquil setting, that just so happens to be situated right by The Hub: one of 30A’s premier entertainment venues, complete with restaurants, shops, art boutiques, and even a cigar bar and outdoor entertainment pavilion, where you can often catch live music during your stay. As for amenities, Prominence has offers a resort-type 5,000 sq. ft. pool, a luxurious open-air lounge area complete with lounge chairs and hammocks, showers, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a huge pool deck that’s great for those long days that lead into evenings spent watching those beautiful 30A sunsets with friends and family.

Guest access

You are a 30-second walk to the pool (heated in spring and fall) a two-minute walk to The Big Chill, and just minutes from multiple public beach accesses via the included electric cruiser (~20 mi range). Parking for 2 vehicles.

Great home and location for family and friends. Superb location with all amenities for (dog)walking, jogging, biking and site seeing on the included golf cart. The Big Chill (located walking distance from the home) is a great place for food and drinks. This was my family's first time visiting the 30A area. We will definitely return soon for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic time and loved the neighborhood! There is so much to do in the area and the house felt like home. Steve is an excellent host and provided us with a ton of recommendations.
