I can't recommend this place enough! My family and I had an amazing stay. The location was ideal, and having the golf cart was a game-changer. We loved being able to explore nearby beaches and towns with it. Plus, the host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond.

The property was in great condition and we had a great experience while staying at Steve’s place. We felt right like at home, kitchen well stocked and all the amenities provided were a plus! The host was quick to respond when I had some questions. The neighborhood is very safe, a few blocks from the Big Chill and the golf cart was very convenient to have! Restaurants in the surrounding areas are great! Highly recommend this property and would definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Steve's place in Prominence! The golf cart was so fun for our girls, beaches were close by, and plenty of restaurants and things to do. We loved visiting the small towns along 30A and having a place to come back to right in the middle of everything. Steve was always responsive and provided everything we needed. Great host, great house. Thanks!

I can't say enough about our fabulous stay. Steve is an extremely responsive host and truly helped us make this time away special. very responsive to questions and any issues we had. I would 💯 recommend and will definitely be back God willing. This trip was for my teenage daughter and I to find respite and peace and it 💯 was this for us!

We have stayed at this complex multiple times with our pup and this was one of our favorite condos so far! We love 30A! The place was beautiful and clean. Steve was so responsive and helpful, making the check-in/check-out process seamless! We will be back!

Steve was a great host. Very accommodating. We love to trace with our dogs and being pet friendly is a plus! Steve had plenty of suggestions for local things to do. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay at his place!

Steve’s place was perfect! Would DEFINITELY rent again. We came with our 18 month old son and they had a high chair and pack-n-play ready. The home is lovely and spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The golf cart is awesome, but we enjoyed using the bikes every day. There’s tons of supplies including beach chairs, cooler, beach supplies and towels. The location is convenient to walk to restaurants/shops near the Big Chill and to bike or golf cart to other areas. There are several nearby public beach access points which are beautiful. And lastly, the guide that Steve provides is excellent - very thorough and well-curated reviews and instructions. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

Pristine townhome that is beautifully furnished, rich with amenities, in a great location and the host was wonderful! From the moment we booked we began receiving incredibly helpful information about the home and the area as well as an amazing app that we could refer to for anything we needed, any time. We loved having a golf cart and bikes to use and took advantage of both! Steve was quick to respond to anything we needed and truly anticipated all needs a guest could have. As we travel home we are already booking our next trip with him for this townhome!

The place was amazing. Such a great spot and location for family fun. Close to the beach and close to many local favorites. We love this area, and Steve definitely has a great spot for a great family getaway.

This home comes with 4-person golf cart (~20 mi range), 3 adult bikes, 1 children's bike, and bike locks so it's super fun and convenient to ride bikes to the beach, the Hub, or a quick ride to Deer Lake Public Beach (<0.5 miles), Gulf Lakes beach (1 mile) Seagrove or Seaside (3.1 miles) to the west or Rosemary or Alys Beach (approximately 3 miles to the east). Perfect for family excursions!
