Prominence is close to a number of dining, entertainment, and beach venues in a convenient and tranquil setting, that just so happens to be situated right by The Hub: one of 30A’s premier entertainment venues, complete with restaurants, shops, art boutiques, and even a cigar bar and outdoor entertainment pavilion, where you can often catch live music during your stay. As for amenities, Prominence has offers a resort-type 5,000 sq. ft. pool, a luxurious open-air lounge area complete with lounge chairs and hammocks, showers, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a huge pool deck that’s great for those long days that lead into evenings spent watching those beautiful 30A sunsets with friends and family.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Steve was an excellent host and had everything perfect and ready. We did not have questions or need anything at all due to clear instructions and everything being provided for us. The place was beautiful and clean and we felt right at home. This home is in the perfect location. We used the guide book to help us choose which beach to get to. The golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were provided and made things such a breeze. We chose Deer Lake State Park beach access, which is only a half mile down the road and super easy to get to. We only wished we had more time to spend there. Lochshire in Prominence is the perfect stay!

Wonderful stay! My family (kids age 17 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed our days at Steve’s place! Steve has thought of everything needed there, is quick to respond, and has a beautiful condo! Rosie, the electric street legal golf cart included with rental was so convenient to take to dinner, the beach, everywhere. We enjoyed going to the Santa Clara beach access each day. Surfing Deer and Thirty A Cafe were wonderful for dinner. Everyone enjoyed live music, ice cream, and several restaurants right across the street at The Big Chill. We rode the included bikes several times on the paths along 30A and around the neighborhood also. So easy to show up and have all the things in the garage already. Book the trip!!!

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We absolutely loved this property. This is perfect for a family getaway and there was loads to do. Steve equipped us with everything needed for a beach day and the property had a private pool (yaay) that we were able to enjoy as well. We will definitely be back next month!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time, the location is in close proximity to anything you might want to do. Restaurants within walking distance , the beach is a short drive in the golf cart and an added plus was chairs and a provided cooler! The house was clean and modern, we enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen. We will absolutely be back!

Came on vacation with just myself and my dog and was very pleased with my stay! I felt safe in the home and outside in the neighborhood with my dog. The amenities are great and the unit itself is so beautiful. I’ve stayed in Promenience neighborhood before and just have always loved it, I’m grateful to have found Steve’s place and spend a few days away here! Thank you for everything.

Steve is a great host. We had a great time during our stay and I highly recommend this area. The location was perfect for access to just about anything you can think of from golf courses to food and go karts. Steve was very attentive and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 guys!

Has everything you need for a beach vacation. The LSV / Golf cart was a huge bonus not having visited the area before. Host communication and instructions were excellent. We'll be booking again. 5 stars!

This home comes with 4-person golf cart (~20 mi range), 3 adult bikes, 1 children's bike, and bike locks so it's super fun and convenient to ride bikes to the beach, the Hub, or a quick ride to Deer Lake Public Beach (<0.5 miles), Gulf Lakes beach (1 mile) Seagrove or Seaside (3.1 miles) to the west or Rosemary or Alys Beach (approximately 3 miles to the east). Perfect for family excursions!
