Situated in Watersound, between Seagrove and Seacrest is the affluently appealing, upscale coastal development of Prominence. Prominence really does seem to have something for everyone especially if you’re a beach lover and want to be steps away from the emerald waters and white sands of 30A’s piece of paradise on Northwest Florida Gulf Coast. Prominence is close to a number of dining, entertainment, and beach venues in a convenient and tranquil setting, that just so happens to be situated right by The Hub: one of 30A’s premier entertainment venues, complete with restaurants, shops, art boutiques, and even a cigar bar and outdoor entertainment pavilion, where you can often catch live music during your stay. As for amenities, Prominence has offers a resort-type 5,000 sq. ft. pool, a luxurious open-air lounge area complete with lounge chairs and hammocks, showers, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a huge pool deck that’s great for those long days that lead into evenings spent watching those beautiful 30A sunsets with friends and family.

Steve’s place was perfect. He thinks of all the little details and he even had some goodies waiting for us when we got there. The space is comfortable and clean, and had everything we could’ve needed. The location is great!

Place is exactly as pictured! Practically new build. Very close to the pool area and the Prominence shopping/restaurants. Included LSV was a plus! This kids loved riding in it, though there are some areas that don’t allow access by LSV. Host was extremely responsive and helped with recommendations. We had a slight hiccup with some very minor housekeeping issues but the host was proactive and fixed the issue almost instantly. I would stay here again!

I liked the Prominence neighborhood, the pool was great for our kids and it was a nice area to walk our dog. The townhome LSV (street legal golf cart) was wonderful, we used it to go to the beach and back. So nice to not have tons of sand in our car! (No dogs on the beach, dog permits are a resident only thing.) We enjoyed the quiet state park access and family friendly neighborhood. I felt like our dollar went farther at this location than other resorts or neighborhoods with private/not public use beaches. We used the grill at the pool one evening and the attendant there was helpful. Having the laundry room at the back door was really helpful in preventing our kids wet items being stashed in bathrooms - just throw it all in a wash when you get back. We brought one childs bike and used the other ones from the rental. That worked really well. We accidentally left a computer charger but have been in touch with Steve to try to have it sent to us and he seems willing to try.

Great home and location for family and friends. Superb location with all amenities for (dog)walking, jogging, biking and site seeing on the included golf cart. The Big Chill (located walking distance from the home) is a great place for food and drinks. This was my family's first time visiting the 30A area. We will definitely return soon for a longer stay.

My kids and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with this house — it was absolutely perfect! Steve’s attention to detail is probably the best I’ve experienced in years of renting properties along 30A. We will definitely be back for a return visit soon!

Amazing place and host. Exceeded our expectations, the photos didn't do it justice, as you're not able to get a sense of space - 10 foot ceilings, very spacious, two story unit, nice finishes, well equipped kitchen, homey feel as soon as we walked in. Beautiful and convenient neighborhood, we either walked or used the golf cart for getting pretty much everywhere. Huge community pool, just a few seconds walk from the condo. Speedy and effective communication with host. Will definitely continue booking in the future. Thank you Steve for your hospitality, it was truly an amazing experience for my entire family.

We had a wonderful stay at Merry Way. We were already in the area on vacation and looking to extend our trip. Steve was accommodating with an early check in so our move from rental to rental was seamless. The pictures do not do Merry Way justice. It is beautiful and was exceptionally clean. The added golf cart and games in the garage kept my teenager busy when we were in the home. Steve was very communicative and reached out during our check out day to update us as a storm was moving through the area. Definitely plan on returning to Merry Way!
