Our stay at Steve’s condo at Inlet Beach was wonderful! Right across the street from the Big Chill with lots to do for my young girls as well as the most beautiful community pool! Steve sent me a list of activities for the week and several beaches close by- I think we visited them all and all are beautiful! The electric cart was the best addition to help us run errands, do some shopping and get us to the beaches. I would definitely recommend Steve’s condo to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

We loved this coastal space and the area. The rooms and bedrooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved that the Big Chill was close and other restaurants and the beach were a quick drive on the golf cart. It was easy to stay here and felt very cozy. Thank you again for hosting us!

Staying in Prominence on 30A is a must! The condo was in a perfect location—steps from the pool, across from The Big Chill, and came with everything we needed: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a beach cart, and an LSV (golf cart). We loved riding the LSV to nearby beaches like Deer Lake (5 mins) and Walton Dunes. Publix was just a short drive for groceries and essentials. Dining options were great—lots of spots nearby by car or LSV. Seaside is 10 mins away with LSV-only parking, fun shops, bars, and restaurants. Also recommend visiting Rosemary and Alys Beach (note: LSVs not allowed there). Steve was an amazing host—everything was spotless and communication was seamless. We’ll definitely be back!

Listing was exactly as pictured! It was extremely clean. There was plenty of kitchen, bathroom, laundry supplies which was very helpful. This condo is extremely close to the pool which was so nice. Having the big chill just steps away was also extremely convenient. The bikes and golf cart were great assets. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best stay at Steve's condo!! First and foremost Steve was a wonderful host - allowed us to check in a bit early and even let us leave our luggae in the garage while we enjoyed the last day before our flight home. The condo was absolutley beautiful and SPOTLESS. (we met the cleaning crew on our way out and she was so friendly too!) The kitchen had everything you could need from spices to cooking supplies- it was wonderful. The location is really nice - close to lots of shops and restaurants and the community pool is really beautiful too - our kids loved it! We will be back for sure!! Thank you Steve!!

Steve was an amazing host! He was super responsive and even sent us some local recommendations and events happening in the area. The place was perfect for our family - just like we had imagined. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great - it was walkable to lots of restaurants and just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches. The community pool was a huge hit with the kids - they spent most of their stay there. We’ll definitely be booking again with Setev!

The house was great, had everything that we needed and was in a great location. Being close to seaside and rosemary and right across the street from the hub was a big plus. Steve was an amazing host, gave us recommendations and was in constant touch and easily accessible. The host provides a guide which is extremely useful for exploring 30A.

We had a great time at Steve’s place! The location is perfect and walkable to The Big Chill and the community pool. The home was very clean. It has everything you need…. and more! Check in was very easy. We didn’t use the golf cart because we were travelling with four small children, but it’s a great bonus to have to get around and go to the beach. We would defiantly return! Thanks Steve for being a wonderful host!
