Wonderful stay! My family (kids age 17 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed our days at Steve’s place! Steve has thought of everything needed there, is quick to respond, and has a beautiful condo! Rosie, the electric street legal golf cart included with rental was so convenient to take to dinner, the beach, everywhere. We enjoyed going to the Santa Clara beach access each day. Surfing Deer and Thirty A Cafe were wonderful for dinner. Everyone enjoyed live music, ice cream, and several restaurants right across the street at The Big Chill. We rode the included bikes several times on the paths along 30A and around the neighborhood also. So easy to show up and have all the things in the garage already. Book the trip!!!

The property was in great condition and we had a great experience while staying at Steve’s place. We felt right like at home, kitchen well stocked and all the amenities provided were a plus! The host was quick to respond when I had some questions. The neighborhood is very safe, a few blocks from the Big Chill and the golf cart was very convenient to have! Restaurants in the surrounding areas are great! Highly recommend this property and would definitely be back!

Steve was awesome, we had a minor problem with a/c and Steve had a technician out there the same day and luckily the tech was able to fix it that day. Steve was responsive, accommodating and had a beautiful home for myself and my family to stay at, Steve had a binder with everything you would ever need in it, check in/out instructions, attractions near and far and things in and around the house manuals, the house was amazing and we had an awesome time, I would stay in any of Steve’s places again in a heartbeat!!

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Our stay at Steve’s condo at Inlet Beach was wonderful! Right across the street from the Big Chill with lots to do for my young girls as well as the most beautiful community pool! Steve sent me a list of activities for the week and several beaches close by- I think we visited them all and all are beautiful! The electric cart was the best addition to help us run errands, do some shopping and get us to the beaches. I would definitely recommend Steve’s condo to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at Steve's place in Prominence! The golf cart was so fun for our girls, beaches were close by, and plenty of restaurants and things to do. We loved visiting the small towns along 30A and having a place to come back to right in the middle of everything. Steve was always responsive and provided everything we needed. Great host, great house. Thanks!

We loved this coastal space and the area. The rooms and bedrooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved that the Big Chill was close and other restaurants and the beach were a quick drive on the golf cart. It was easy to stay here and felt very cozy. Thank you again for hosting us!

We absolutely loved this property. This is perfect for a family getaway and there was loads to do. Steve equipped us with everything needed for a beach day and the property had a private pool (yaay) that we were able to enjoy as well. We will definitely be back next month!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Steve’s place was perfect. He thinks of all the little details and he even had some goodies waiting for us when we got there. The space is comfortable and clean, and had everything we could’ve needed. The location is great!
